WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT – RETURN OF THE GOODS

By purchasing in the online store belonging to Lifeline Diag Sp. z o. o., operating at the internet address www.lifelinediag.eu, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. You can return all or part of your order. Remember that the returned goods must be of full value.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. For this purpose, send the withdrawal form to the following address: info@lifelinediag.eu. Returned goods (along with the form) should be sent at your own expense to the address 3415 South Sepulveda Blvd, Suite 1100, Los Angeles, California, 90034. The goods should be returned within 14 days of sending us the withdrawal form by e-mail.

We will refund the funds paid within 14 days of receiving the goods along with the withdrawal form.

CONSUMER COMPLAINT

By ordering products in the online shop belonging to Lifeline Diag Sp. z o.o., operating under www.lifelinediag.eu, you have the right to file a complaint if the product is defective or does not meet the conditions of the concluded contract.

Your complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date we receive the goods returned by you, together with a description of the reason for the complaint and the expectations regarding the way it will be considered.
