We gathered data from over 600 survey responses and nearly 500 verified customer reviews of LifelineDiag. See what people who have completed an HTMA hair test actually say about the ordering process, service, and report.
One of the most common questions when choosing a laboratory for hair mineral analysis is: "Can I trust the results, and are other customers satisfied?" Rather than pointing to random forum threads, we decided to gather and present data straight from our own sources: a long-running customer satisfaction survey and verified reviews collected by the independent platform TrustedShops.
Where this data comes from
- LifelineDiag's internal survey — 637 responses collected over recent years, filled in voluntarily by customers after receiving their test result. The figures below are aggregated statistics from this survey — no personally identifying information about respondents is disclosed.
- TrustedShops — an independent, third-party review platform; LifelineDiag.eu's profile currently shows 490 reviews and an average rating of 4.95/5, with 97% being five-star ratings. Reviews on TrustedShops come from verified transactions (only someone who actually completed a purchase can leave a review).
What the customer survey shows
How customers find out about LifelineDiag. Most often — online (23.5% of responses: search engines, social media), through a recommendation from friends or family (17.4%), or from their treating physician (13%) or a dietitian (9.7%). This shows that the decision to test usually follows a conversation with someone trusted — a professional or a close contact — rather than being driven by advertising.
Why customers decide to test. The most commonly cited reasons include: concern about a child's health (including, in some cases, in the context of autism spectrum considerations) — about 12% of responses, hair loss (~5%), suspected exposure to heavy metals or toxins (~5%), and hormonal or thyroid-related issues (~3%). The rest reflects a wide range of individual reasons tied to general health awareness and prevention.
What customers value most in their result. Most frequently cited were the overall, whole-picture view of the result (30.9%) and the data on potentially toxic elements (14%) as the most valuable part of the report.
What customers say could be improved. We're addressing this directly rather than showing only what's convenient: just over half (52.3%) had no comments, but among the remaining responses, the most common requests were for a more thorough explanation or consultation around the result (8.9% of all responses) and feedback about price (6.4%). This is concrete, practical feedback — and it's exactly in this direction (availability of a consultation to walk through the result) that LifelineDiag is developing its offering.
How customers rate the experience. On a 1–10 scale, average satisfaction scores are 8.3 and 8.2 across two dimensions of the survey (both relate to satisfaction with the process/service — the exact wording of these questions is still being confirmed). A third indicator, which appears to measure likelihood to recommend the service to others, averages 7.1/10.
What verified TrustedShops reviews show
Separately from our own survey, LifelineDiag customers leave reviews on TrustedShops, where only someone with a confirmed purchase can do so. The current result is 4.95 out of 5 (490 reviews, 97% five-star ratings). Recurring themes in the review text include: fast order processing and result delivery, smooth and professional service, clear sample collection instructions, and a convenient online ordering process.
What this shows — and what it doesn't
This data shows something concrete: customers who have used LifelineDiag's service overwhelmingly rate the entire experience positively — from ordering, through communication, to the substantive value of the report. This is not, however, data about the scientific validity or diagnostic value of the HTMA test itself — that's a separate question requiring its own, evidence-based answer grounded in scientific literature, not in customer opinions about service. If that side of things interests you — what HTMA actually shows, and what it doesn't — HTMA.EXPERT's materials or our article "Is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Reliable?" are worth a look.

Hair Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a functional and preventive assessment. It does not diagnose, confirm, or rule out diseases, nor does it replace medical consultation or blood tests. The results should always be interpreted in the broader context, including lifestyle, diet, and medical history, ideally in consultation with a physician or dietitian.
